Partnering with Verturo Interests and Verturo Realty, we built five fourplexes in Edinburg, offering 3 bedroom/2 bath and 2 bedroom/2 bath floorplans. The Verturo companies did everything from scouting the land, developing the site plan, building and finishing the fourplexes and landscaping. We currently lease/manage the complex, as well.
